 1. Area of application

7. Guarantee and liability

7.2 The customer in principle can first only require rework . Only if two rework failed, large warranty laws can be made valid.

7.4 HOMEPAGE-SOLUTION is committed to the rework and/or replacement only if the customer fulfilled for his part of contractual obligations completely. 

7.5 All requirements, which arrange approximately by HOMEPAGE SOLUTION, not transferable without written agreement and can be made valid exclusively by the customer.

8. Retention of title

8.1 HOMEPAGE SOLUTION property of the supplied goods up to the complete payment reserves, being entitled and still developing demands, directly with valid reason.

9. Payment
